Windows
Download the Windows installer and run it.
Windows will very likely show a blue "Windows protected your PC" screen the first time you run the installer. This isn't a sign anything's wrong — the app isn't code-signed with an EV certificate yet, which is what triggers the warning. Click More info, then Run anyway to continue.
Everything the app needs is bundled; no separate Python install is required.
Licensing
The 60-day trial needs no internet connection and no account — install it and go.
When you buy a licence, entering the key does one online check to activate it against this installation. After that, the app runs fully offline — no recurring checks, no ongoing internet connection required to keep invoicing.
First run
- If you've purchased a licence, paste the key from your confirmation email into Settings → License (or the screen shown once your trial ends) to activate it.
- Add your business information and logo in Settings, along with your invoice defaults.
- Set the GST registered toggle to match your situation.
- Add a client and save their usual NDIS line items.
- Create your first invoice — the guided tour will point out the rest.
